The event marked the opening of an exhibit on the first floor of Newman Library that features artifacts and documents from the Archives of American Aerospace Exploration collections. The exhibit will be open through the end of June 2024.

As an electrical design engineer at Blue Origin, Bennett works on the lunar development team and transportation unit, where she is building a lunar habitat and lander that will host NASA-selected astronauts to live and work in space.
