The Hume Center administrates a variety of scholarships open to undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in national security.

    Hume IC CAE Research Fellowship Program is a scholarship and fellowship program for students involved in the National Security Education Program (NSEP). The Hume Center's NSEP offers an annual scholarship and fellowship program for students interested in careers in the national security sector, both in industry and government service.

    The Capitol Club Chapter of the Association of Old Crows provides scholarship awards to Virginia Tech students for potential careers in electronic defense and warfare. A scholarship of $2,500 will be awarded annually.

    The DoD Cyber Scholarship Program guarantees a full-time position at the Department of Defense and covers full cost of tuition, books, required fees, a laptop, a stipend to cover room and board for qualifying students interested in cyber security.
