About the Event

With the explosion of data in both size and technical complexity, it has become increasingly challenging for organizations to manage and rapidly analyze these massive volumes of data.  Organizations must provide individuals and external systems with timely, trusted, and appropriately formatted data at scale, all while governing access and enforcing data use policies. While Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are key to analyzing big data more rapidly, over 80% of the effort surrounds data curation.  NS2 Mission leverages our own data management product, DataCTRL, to provide an out-of-the-box data management platform to help our government customers leverage these transformative technologies.

Please join us for a look into the day-in-the-life of a Mission-focused developer trying to solve big-data challenges that keep our nation safe.

  • Storing Big Data (S3)
    Heterogenous storage
Making sense of Big Data (Python, Distributed ETL)
    Querying Big Data (Presto)
  • Presto is an open-source SQL engine

NS2 Mission has supported the Intelligence Community for over 30 years providing expert solutions around big data management, application development, information security, inter-agency coordination, and cloud security posture management.  Whether it’s delivering targeted solutions for analysts and data scientists or applying our strong engineering discipline leveraging the fundamentals of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for enterprise systems, our engineers strive for the highest quality and lowest overall cost solution to meet the speed of mission.
