Hume Seminar Series: NSA Opportunities in the Office of the Inspector General

Open to students, faculty, and alumni from Virginia Tech and all other IC CAE institutions and CCI affiliations.

About the Event

Representatives from the NSA Office of the Inspector General will be speaking with students about the OIG mission, job roles, and opportunities to fill critical job roles within their division. OIG representatives will provide a basic NSA overview, as well as an overview of the Office of the Inspector General within NSA. They will speak in detail about their roles within the Auditing Division, which includes three components: Mission Support, Financial, and Cyber/Technology, and discuss job roles/responsibilities and challenges faced. Additionally, they will provide information to the students about ideal candidates for their division and share critical job openings. Finally, students will be provided some basic information about the NSA security process. Students are welcome to bring resumes and any questions to the session!
